We are seeking an experienced person to manage the Orewa Beach Holiday Park for a 12-month Fixed Term full-time opportunity .

The role is responsible for leading the team to ensure park operations meet the objectives, and customer expectations.

You will be managing the day-to-day operation of the park, coaching employees, implementing, and maintaining industry best practices, service delivery excellence in customer experience, compliance, health, and safety.

The Park is open 7 days a week 365 days per year, we are especially busy throughout the summer months. You will be rostered to respond after-hours for park security, the duty of care, and emergency response.

Ōrewa Beach Holiday Park is a large and busy Qualmark 4 Star rated Beachfront Holiday Park. Nestled amongst Pohuatakawa’s fronting the stunning Ōrewa Beach reserve and Hibiscus Coast Highway.
