We are looking for a friendly Receptionist at our Head Office in Manukau. This is a Full Time Fixed-Term position for covering maternity leave.
Roster is Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm. DUTIES : Greeting visitors at the front desk, informing relevant PB Tech staff of their visitors' arrival.
Making sure that all OSH relevant procedures are followed and carried out for visitors. Answering incoming phone calls that are not made to the DDI's.
Invoicing, coding and processing invoice data. Data entry as per instructions from relevant department managers. Administrative tasks as assigned by relevant department managers.
Helping to organize training or seminar events onsite, receiving guests and participants, directing them to the location of the event venue.
Experience in receptionist role Comfortable with and enjoys meeting and communicating with people Excellent communication skills with good command of the English language Familiar with MS Office applications (Excel, Words, Powerpoint) Good attention to details New Zealand residents or being eligible to work in New Zealand legally This sounds like me!
