ABOUT THE COMPANYMy client is a mid range ISP based in the CBD and provide a range of IT solutions to their nationwide customers including data centre and colocation managed WAN and internet and hosted infrastructure cloud hosting ABOUT THE ROLEThis position is part of their Technical Support team on a 24 7 roster to provide timely and quality L1 and L2 technical support to their customers over the phone email and outbound when required Services you will be supporting include the network and managed hosting related services which will involve the following duties DUTIESSet up and maintenance of network configurationsInstallation of equipmentTroubleshooting and diagnosis of customer incidents via phone email and outbound when requiredServer maintenance and management of backup processesSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTSICT degree or relevant qualification preferred Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to customers Proven ability to complete troubleshooting and support for cloud and network connectivity services with commercial experience in providing L1 helpdesk support to users in Microsoft Linux Apple iOS and Android envrionments Experience with Cisco Fortinet and WMware products Call centre experience HOW TO APPLYPlease apply with your updated CV through Seek if you are interested
