As a Business Partner in our People and Capability team, you will enjoy a high energy and fast-paced role, which requires the ability to understand our business and establish key relationships to provide tactical human resource advice and direction to our people managers.

You will be a qualified and experienced HR professional with previous experience in a business partnering role.

The Business Partner role is responsible for :

Providing HR policy guidance

Supporting Seeka’s remuneration strategy and process

Providing HR guidance and assisting to resolve employee relations issues

As one of two business partners this position will also have functional responsibility for the employee experience including

Management of Seeka’s relationship with the unions

Management of employment relations issue including resolving personal grievances

Onboarding and Offboarding of all employees

Employee engagement

In order to be successful in this role you will have :

A tertiary qualification in human resources or a similar field

3-5 years demonstrated success in a business partnering role

Demonstrated experience in providing advice and influencing people strategies

Demonstrated experience in the delivery of recruitment support
