You will have a passion for good food, be a team player and have strong written and verbal communication skills. A minimum of 3 years culinary experience and relevant Trade Qualifications are preferred and as we have a charcoal grill, previous experience working on the grill section would be highly regarded as well as experience with fish prep and sushi.
