About this RoleReporting to the General Manager Science, you'll provide high-level executive support and administrative assistance as you work closely with managers, scientific and support staff within the New Cultivar Innovation portfolio and across the organisation.
You'll be creative and proactive as you organise and support a wide variety of activities including strategy reviews and workshops, the preparation of materials for research proposals and business and financial planning within the portfolio.
Having worked within a challenging executive assistant role previously, you will be able to bring energy, innovation and humour to a position that you will make your own.
About YouYou'll have built a reputation as a dedicated and accomplished executive assistant with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
You'll naturally possess an excellent solution-focused mind-set with strong problem-solving ability and will be comfortable with ambiguity as you anticipate and mitigate any challenges.
As a highly experienced professional, you'll have the confidence to act on behalf of the General Manager on administrative matters and be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite to an advanced level.
