Thirsty work happens every day at Frucor Suntory we are the distributor of some of New Zealand and Australia's most popular beverage brands after all.

We make, market and distribute a range of fruit juices, fruit drinks, energy drinks, waters and soft drinks, many of which are household names throughout New Zealand and Australia.

Our brands include the iconic V’ energy drink, Fresh Up, Just Juice, Amplify, h2go, Mizone, NZNatural and Suntory Boss Coffee.

As the Partner Brands Manager, your role will be to manage our Partner Brands relationships for long term sustainable growth within the total Frucor Suntory (ANZ) network.

We have a number of brands / licenses at Frucor Suntory that we work with to give us the best portfolio to win in the marketplace.

An example of these brands are; Sanitarium ANZ with their Up & Go range, Disney kids drinks, Alpro Milk and more.

  • This role will give you enterprise wide exposure as you will get experience of running a business within a business. This means you will actively be working with;
  • Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply chain, Category Management and our shopper team too.

    The ideal candidate for this role will be a commercially minded self-starter, with customer facing experience, who enjoys analysis of data to identify trends and the challenge of influencing others for mutual benefit.

    To enable you to hit the ground running, we’re looking for someone who brings :

  • Sales and / or Category background ideally in FMCG
  • Strong relationship skills
  • Proven analytical skills & interpretive skills
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Experience using market scan data
  • Experience with Joint business planning (JBP) / contract management
  • Experience managing P&Ls
