Job Purpose

A QSR Customer Service Rep is the front line of the company to our customers, so exceptional customer service is critical.

Duties :

  • Report to work promptly, neatly groomed, and in uniform.
  • Be courteous, always greet and thank all customers.
  • Prepares food, waits on customers, and cleans work area according to established policies, procedures, and directions from the QSR Manager.
  • Enter all sales in the register at the time of sale.
  • Operate EPOS and other store equipment.
  • Keep work area neat, clean, and organized.
  • Ensures proper sanitation and food handling / prep / storage / disposal procedures are followed.
  • Restock shelving, displays, and coolers as needed.
  • Clean QSR, equipment, and stock as needed.
  • Pick up / empty trash and clean store as needed.
  • Prepare cashier checkout and report accurately and according to policy.
  • Must be safety / security conscious and report any accidents or incidents to the Manager as soon as possible.
  • Be knowledgeable about company policy and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Skills / Qualifications :

    Must be at least 16 years of age (18 in some locations). Must have reliable transportation. Strong attention to detail. Food handler card required.

    Physical Requirements :

    Shift work is required. Must be able to stand a minimum of 8 hours per day and lift up to 65 lbs. Being a fast learner and self-motivated are essential traits.

    Must be available for possible rotating shifts (including nights and weekends) and holidays.
