Key Responsibilities

Collect information, solve problems, develop findings and deliver concise, high-quality written materials, supported by teams of consultants

Deliver complex transformation programs spanning the entire lifecycle- from strategy through to transition into operations

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients across the EY network (in New Zealand and internationally)

Act as a subject matter resource on one or more areas (depending on your experience, interests and education). This could be an area of methodology, or a sector ( Defence, Health, Social Services)

To qualify for the role, you must have

Capabilities in Portfolio / Program / Project Management, Agile PM delivery, PM Technology and digital services, PMO / PM as a service

Hands-on experience in projects and programs involving government reform and business transformation

Demonstrated experience in working on multiple projects or priorities in a collaborative and result-oriented way

Demonstrated ability to present insights confidently and succinctly

Strong project and time management ability, particularly the ability to deliver high quality outputs in tight timeframes

Ideally, you’ll also have

A desire to continue to grow and shape your skills, to enable you to provide program management solutions for the Transformative Age ( agile and design thinking)

Management consulting experience gained through a Big 4 or boutique consulting firm to enable you

Demonstrated ability to adapt to new ways of working quickly, driven by a curiosity to learn new things and develop new skills
