Digital Support Analyst As a Digital Support Analyst you ll be responsible for providing support and problem management of customer facing products and services You ll be part of a customer focussed team providing second level support to the Customer Service Centre and the IT service desk through analysis diagnosis and ultimately resolution of incidents and issues Customer Driven is the way of the future and we have a raft of customer facing digital products solutions to support our aggressive and ambitious customer driven strategy with more on the way Our key objective is to deliver best in class customer application support services Focus will be on Troubleshooting and escalation of technical issues working to resolve issues quickly Working proactively to identify recurring issues and drive problem management for both long and shortterm fixes Support production releases and high availability events off normal business hours Maintain application services 24 7 About you With solid understanding of how systems and applications fit together you ll be well versed in identifying errors and implementing solutions Curious to learn more you ll constantly be looking at what s possible with an agile and flexible way of thinking With exceptional communication skills you ll have a drive to succeed and be ready to take on the challenge of a new role Always thinking about the customer and the impact we have key to your success will also include Strong track record in supporting complex environments Experience with supporting complex E2E ecommerce solutions including Customer Support issues and incidents AND Store Operational Order fulfilment process Experience with Cloud SAAS such as Sitecore Salesforce SAP or other SAAS and ecommerce solutions such as Amazon Web Services Alogia Ability to work in a rosteredOn Call After Hours Support environment 24 7 A great opportunity to take your skills and join a Digital Team at the start of their journey and provide great service to our customers ensuring that our digital platforms are performing constantly Apply today
