The People and Culture branch supports the business to create an environment and culture for our people to succeed and grow.
We currently have an opportunity for a Head of People and Culture to support two of our policy groups. Tēnei tūranga - About the roleReporting directly to the GM of People & Culture, and leading a team of HR Generalists, the Head of People and Culture works in partnership with the relevant Deputy Chief Executive and senior managers to enable the alignment of their people strategy and planning to meet strategic and business objectives.
You will be confident with strategic and operational HR subjects providing advice and guidance to senior managers and leaders, developing business group specific people strategies and initiatives that build people capability and an inclusive culture.
You will bring expertise , and be skilled in change management and a broad range of people related disciplines to provide scoping for large HR projects and business change.
In this role, you will work with the Labour, Science and Enterprise (LSE) group- and one other policy group, which offer a diverse and rewarding portfolio where the work is interesting, varied and challenging.
