This role is the custodian of the customer experience vision of the site, ensuring al aspects of the customer journey delivers on our Experience More promise.
What you’ll be doing : As the Location Manager, you will be responsible for bringing the brand and concepts to life and managing all aspects of the day to day operations.
This role will be responsible for developing service operations and leading the team on shift to deliver the best experience to every guest.

What you’ll need : 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a similar industryDegree in business, marketing or related fieldsStrong financial acumen with experience in a multi-
faceted operation, preferablyWe want a dreamer, someone who can come up with creative ways to help our high-performance focused businessSomeone who is team focused, with a genuine passion for delivering great guest experiencesExperience in customer service and responding to customer feedbackFamiliarity with audio visual equipment, including film projection (desirable)A can-
