Our mission is to reinvent the future of cinema and provide an experience like no other.The Job : To make sure we leave a lasting impression, we’re now looking for a LOCATION MANAGER to oversee the cinema operations at HOYTS Mission Bay on a contract basis.

This role is the custodian of the customer experience vision of the site, ensuring al aspects of the customer journey delivers on our Experience More promise.

What you’ll be doing : As the Location Manager, you will be responsible for bringing the brand and concepts to life and managing all aspects of the day to day operations.

This role will be responsible for developing service operations and leading the team on shift to deliver the best experience to every guest.

This role is very fast paced and needs a professional who can work under pressure while supporting a dynamic team.Who we are looking for : You are an enthusiastic people person looking to take the next step in your career.

You can encourage your teams to have compassion for your crew and guests alike. You prefer to lead by example and love being hands-

on, delivering a first-class guest experience. You’ll also be able to evaluate the numbers to understand trends in your business and act quickly to improve short-

falls and celebrate the wins. You’re known for your abilities to plan, organise and multi-task, and stay calm and confident under pressure.

What you’ll need : 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a similar industryDegree in business, marketing or related fieldsStrong financial acumen with experience in a multi-

faceted operation, preferablyWe want a dreamer, someone who can come up with creative ways to help our high-performance focused businessSomeone who is team focused, with a genuine passion for delivering great guest experiencesExperience in customer service and responding to customer feedbackFamiliarity with audio visual equipment, including film projection (desirable)A can-

do attitude because no challenge is too big for youHOYTS is available to its guests every day of the year, including holidays, late nights and anytime people want to escape from their world and join ours.

As the leader of the management team, you will work when the action and business is at its peak.
