Focused on the Dynamics 365 product offering Business Central (which evolved out of Navision and more recently Dynamics NAV), Fujitsu has implemented business focused solutions across a wide range of industries, while at the same time developing a niche in the primary industry (meat, produce and horticulture) vertical with its own industry solutions.

The Practice brings together our capabilities across Australia and New Zealand to leverage Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform to help our customers manage and optimise their core business processes and grow their businesses.

We are currently looking for a suitably experienced individual to take over the role of Practice Lead from the incumbent who is retiring at the end of this year.

The Practice Lead provides leadership and direction to Business Central Consultants and Solution Specialists, works with Sales to ensure the continuity of the opportunity pipeline, and has overall responsibility for the performance and results of the Practice across Australia and New Zealand

Key responsibilities will therefore be across three core areas :

  • Engage : Portfolio offering definition, demand generation and sales and marketing support / pre-sales
  • Build : Project execution governance and delivery oversight
  • Run : Strategic client engagement and Practice Management (including revenue forecasting, people management, and month end financials)
  • Building your own path to success :

    To thrive in this role, we envisage you will have a significant background in :

  • Technology and Solution Delivery in the Microsoft ERP or a similar space, ideally Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform, with a general knowledge of accounting, costing, general business processes and the functions performed by ERP applications
  • Business development and account management solution sales, sales enablement and an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Product Management to ensure currency and relevance
  • Leadership - balancing strategic thinking with pragmatic operational execution and delivery
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership a strong influencer, able to demonstrate significant mind share in professional and industry networks
  • Industry knowledge - strong background in at least two key focus areas of Fujitsu's Microsoft Business Applications including;
  • Public Sector, Utilities, Discrete Manufacturing, and Primary Industry
