Product Manager You will be a game changer who is perpetually curious who can positively disrupt our business and take us on a journey that will enhance our customer experience and ensure our profitable growth We re talking about a revolution Innovation inspiration and regeneration It s not lip service we will give you room to thrive challenge and initiate This role is critical in driving the product strategy and lifecycle aligned to the company and consumer strategy and product proposition roadmap This role must work with the acquisition and retention teams to design and deliver products required to deliver to business goals and to meet our customer s needs leveraging strong design thinking capability to surface brilliant solutions to meet customer insights You will also work with crossfunctional teams including OCX Outstanding Customer Experience Digital Technology and the Project Management Office to build these products including supporting the deployment and defining the customer experience ensure successful product launches and also managing the product throughout its lifecycle What you ll do Set product vision and strategy Own endtoend product strategy from solution design and build to postlaunch manages inlife activities and product performance champions innovation within the product set Build products that are desirable for customers and ensure quality customer experience viable from a commercial standpoint and feasible in terms of technology build Put customer experience at the heart of what we do Ensures insight driven decisions and customer testing Defines customer experience digital journeys and UX up front alongside the Proposition Design team Bring excellence in delivering new products to market Drives delivery of new products into market coordinating with stakeholders across the organisation Forms external partnerships required for products Brings products through and guides key stakeholders through the companywide Product and Project Lifecycle Management Process Follows all governance and risk processes within Contact How you ll be successful Product delivery on time and within budget Customers have an outstanding experience when interacting with our campaign assets and sales journeys digital Driving continuous improvement of inlife products The type of experience you ll bring to the role 5 years in Product Management roles Proven record of combining marketing and commercial knowledge with implementation excellence knowledge of platforms Understand customers needs insights alongside the business challenge or opportunity and start the product process here with the Proposition Designers Ability to work as part of a team Can coordinate and translate across functions customer technology operations digital Innovative curious and outcome driven An effective communicator who is able to quickly distil peripheral noise from the genuine needs of what inspires customer action including effective stakeholder management Skilled at translating data sources insights and technical products into effective activation s Come and be a game changer in a role with the freedom to shine and add real value This is a business critical role as a result Contact Energy reserves the right to appoint a successful candidate prior to this ad closing If you are interested in this role please dont delay apply now we would love to hear from you should you require further information please contact resourcingteam contactenergy co nz contact co nz
