In addition to being the first point of contact for the company you will be responsible for assisting with general administration duties.
This role will enable you to utilise your flair for administration and commitment to excellent customer service.You will bring to the role, proven experience in a busy reception role along with day-to-day office administration skills, awesome customer service experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, initiative and strong organisational skills.
You will also have a professional attitude and outgoing personality.You'll be able to multi task, prioritise and handle a busy workload with the ability to work closely in a job share environment.
In addition, you will also have intermediate MS office skills.You'll be situated on the front desk, so your personal presentation is very important.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to : Answering & directing incoming callsMeet and greet clients and guests on siteTyping and formatting letters / documentsMaintaining the presentation of the reception areaManage the various meeting rooms on siteBook couriersOrganise cateringOrganise Travel arrangements for Manager'sManaging the Virtual Receptionist when visitors sign inAssist other departments when requiredOther administration dutiesThere will be requirements to work both shifts at times and swap your shift to the morning shift with notice given, so flexibility is a MUST.
