We have a unique opportunity for a Principal Advisor Portfolio Benefits to join high performing Investment Management Office.
Based in either Auckland or Wellington, you will be at the front of developing, embedding and continuously improving the benefits realisation framework across our four land development and housing portfolios.
Reporting directly (and acting as a trusted advisor) to our Portfolio Management Practices Manager, you will establish yourself as Kāinga Ora's leading subject matter expert on benefits management.
Your key focus will be ensuring that the identification, analysis, planning, realisation and reporting across the Kāinga Ora portfolios are in line with good practice.
You will enjoy working collaboratively with your IMO and PMO colleagues to guide and support benefits realisation framework adoption and maturity uplift across Kāinga Ora.
