This role is an integral member of the Marketing leadership team with management responsibilities for a high performing Marketing team.
This role will contribute to all categories and brands in the GFNZ portfolio, evaluating, developing, validating consumer insights and assisting the team in refining and selecting winning renovation / innovation.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing NZ, you will be working across Retail Brand & Category marketing and assisting where required with the Foodservice Marketing teams you will also be charged with : Taking data and research outputs and turning them into usable, competitively advantaged insights for the wider marketing teamsPositively challenging our thinking and ensuring we are asking the right questions in the planning processBe the guardian / champion of those insights as they are taken through the marketing and category processes, to executionManaging best practice processes to generate the aboveFinding and managing the best providers to generate the aboveTo work across all brands in GFNZAbout YouYou're a passionate business leader who wants to make a real impact.
