Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner.
Evaluate problems and complaints of the callers and provide proper solutions to them.
Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service.

Proficiency in communication : the ability to write, read, & speak fluently
Good and comfortable conversational skills over the phone

Fast at typing (a minimum of 30 words per minute with 0 errors)
Availability of at least 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (looking to hire for different days of the week, so any 5 days between Mon-Sun)
Any extensive experience with spreadsheets and spreadsheet formulas
Experience in the hospitality industry
