    Key responsibilities areas :

  • Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Evaluate problems and complaints of the callers and provide proper solutions to them.
  • Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service.
  • Provide information on the company's products or services and generate interest in the offer.
  • System Specifications :

  • Laptop / Desktop not more than 10 years old.
  • Windows 10 or a MAC Operating System.
  • Minimum 8GB's of RAM
  • A working camera and microphone

  • For the case of this role specifically, we are looking for individuals who are comfortable speaking on the phone and are based in New Zealand.
  • A hunger to learn
  • Proficiency in communication : the ability to write, read, & speak fluently
  • Good and comfortable conversational skills over the phone

  • 20 Mbps Download and >

    5 Mbps Upload as a minimum)

  • Fast at typing (a minimum of 30 words per minute with 0 errors)
  • Availability of at least 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (looking to hire for different days of the week, so any 5 days between Mon-Sun)
  • Any extensive experience with spreadsheets and spreadsheet formulas
  • Experience in the hospitality industry
