About the OpportunityWe have a great opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and mentor our Quality Assurance team in our Hubbards Plant.
Hubbard Foods Ltd is a local manufacturer of healthy and tasty breakfast cereals based in Mangere, Auckland.What you would do : Ensure we achieve compliance through the implementation of Quality Management System and Customer Requirements.
Manage the Quality Management System through the internal and external audit processesManage the quality improvement process from customer complaint, NCR investigation, preventative action and reporting trends.
Review and update the SOP writing procedure on new processes and new product lines.Mentor and coach the HACCP team to ensure the hazards analysis and CCPs for the lines are met.
Manage the site operation expenditure within agreed budget to meet the achievement of organisational objectives.Provide leadership, supervision and development of staff to ensure back up is developed and foster succession planning.
You will bring to the role : Must have a minimum 5 year quality assurance experience background in FMCG or a similar roleCompleted a Tertiary Degree in Food Science or related qualificationExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience of management systems auditing including external and internal auditsExperience managing quality projects in a production environment (FMCG)Must have a broad food manufacturing experiencesMust have experience in management or leadership role.
