We have a new opportunity for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to join our Information Technology Solutions team.
This position will be the second ITS position in our Auckland office, with the wider ITS team based in our Head Office in Tauranga, who also support the Auckland office and full CIP network.
The key focus of this role is to provide support within the Infrastructure and Service Delivery Team and to support, manage third party Vendors to deliver best practice service to its customers and achieve the requirements of the ITS SLA with the Business.
The ideal candidate will have :
An ITS background in customer service within the financial / investment sector and an understanding of financial business applications from a customer's perspective would be advantageous.
Training will be provided where required.
