With over 150 staff committed to the mission of AUT, ICT Services holds responsibility for the technology supporting over 30,000 educators, researchers and students in New Zealand's only University of Technology.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned, business savvy Platform Support Consultant to join our integrated ICT department, dabbling in the latest and greatest technology.
You will be involved in a combination of queue management, level two troubleshooting, documentation updating, stacking servers with patch management and lifecycle backup.
You will also have the opportunity to mentor members of the service delivery team and there may also be some travel involved between our data centres and afterhours work, to support a high performing team leading the way in technology.
