  • What you’ll do :

  • Obsess over the opportunities and problem spaces through interviewing, whiteboarding, and asking why
  • Serve as product evangelist willing and eager to share strategy, context, value, and product knowledge across the organization
  • Use judgment and research to drive the roadmap and create wonderful user experiences
  • Create effective positioning documents based on a deep understanding of the benefits to the market and our customers that serve as a guiding light for story creation, development, and launch
  • Effectively track and use data that inform and direct the success of the product
  • Drive cross-team product launches that positively impact user adoption and engagement and achieve business objectives
  • We’d like to see :

  • 3-5 years of agile product management experience shipping software
  • Background in SaaS and cloud-based software
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience working with 3rd-party partners and successfully integrating their solution
  • Strong social skills, including the ability to lead via influence, patience, and determination
  • Excellent analytical / problem-solving skills, including data analysis
  • Deep customer empathy and curiosity
  • Able to make difficult and quick decisions on a daily basis
  • Opinionated, yet humble, when collaborating with team members
  • Self-driven and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, uncertain situations
  • Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve
