Hauora Tairāwhiti is looking to appoint a Project Co-Ordinator within our Building and Engineering team, Reporting direct to the Building and Engineering Manager.
This is a small but high functioning team and your role will support the internal demands of this service and our clinical / non-clinical teams within the Gisborne Hospital locality. Key duties include :
Provide project coordination of facility projects
Estimate the resources and participants required to achieve project goals
Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path
Tracks project milestones and deliverables
Manage the interface between stakeholders
Provides administration and analytical support to projects
Develops, promotes, and maintains effective working relationships
Works with others to develop initiatives to improve, promote, and develop the service provided
Participates in quality improvement activities and programmes which contribute to improved patient care, customer service, and / or professional practice
