Looking to have an impact on the French-Kiwi business community? The French New Zealand Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNZCCI) is looking for an autonomous and self-driven Business Development and Operations Manager.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations but also planning, monitoring and acting on the Business Development of our organisation.

Your role also includes the delivery of business services and advisory to our membership but also French companies under Team France Export.

You will work in collaboration with the FNZCCI Board, the Event and Communications Manager and our membership, ensuring constant communication at all levels of the organisation.

This is a challenging but rewarding position that will offer you the opportunity to develop yourBusiness development, Project Management, and International Business skills! You will report directly to the President of the FNZCCI, and liaise with the board, to work towards the following objectives : 1.

Responsible for Chamber operations and project delivery2. Team France Export advisor, in charge of the business services and advisory for Frenchcompanies to enter the New Zealand market3.

Grow the FNZCCI membership numbers and diversify our industry representation4. Identify business opportunities and viable income streams5.

Work with the Board to implement a short and long-term strategy6. Achieve member satisfaction and foster our network business opportunities7.

Digital projects leadWhat you will bring and develop : Skilled with project management Experience in business advisory and international business qualifications Sales acumen Passionate about building long-term customer relationships Customer centric, previous use of CRM recommended Good knowledge of marketing campaigns and social media management Anticipation, planning and respect of the deadlines are your strengths Independent, proactive, problem solver mindset with a strong attention to detail Excellent communication and people skills English fluent, French business professional Event management skills are a plusOther requirements : The job applicant is required to work 40 hours a week and depends on the V.

I.E. job contract and visa.Due to the board members’ professional schedules (i.e. all the board members volunteer at the Chamber, meaning that they have their professional occupation during the day and they volunteer for the Chamber outside of business hours), the job applicant would sometime be required to work outside of the normal business hours for internal meetings and events.

The working language in the Chamber is English, French is used if all the speakers are French or confident using this language.

  • The member information and all the business data linked to the Chamber activity is confidential and must not be shared with external actors;
  • all working activities must be done under the organisational account provided to the contractor.About the FNZCCI : The FNZCCI was created in 1985 from the desire to foster trade and develop stronger business relationships between France, French Pacific Islands and New Zealand.

    The FNZCCI is an independent not-for-profit organisation governed by a Board of 12 members. Today theorganisation counts 180+ members from various industries and continues to expand, recruiting new members every year.

    Our head office is based in Auckland and we are developing a Chapter in Wellington. The Chamber is affiliated with CCI France International, a worldwide network of 126 French Chambers operating in 95 countries.

    The Chamber's mission is to promote our members and help French, New Zealand and FrenchPacific companies succeed through information, networking and business support services.
