With over 100,000 people around the world we are a company full of the world's favorite brands including Cadbury Dairy Milk, Pascall, Jaffa and The Natural Confectionery Company to name a fewReporting to the Marketing Manager New Zealand in one of two newly created roles the Brand Managers will be responsible for the development and execution of the Chocolate / or Gum Candy Beverages Meals and Biscuits (GCBM) categories.

These positions have full P&L accountability and responsibilities for each respective portfolio in New Zealand including delivery of volume, share, revenue and gross profit targets.

Some Accountabilities and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to : Build of effective relationships both with cross functional teams and external agency partner networkLeading the development and execution of brand plans by utilizing internal processes to develop brand plans that are anchored in consumer an shopper insight, balanced with delivery of commercial objectivesWork cross-

functionally to develop and deliver best in class integrated marketing plans, with a focus on winning from the store outAssist with the development of a profitable range that delivers both brand and business objectives over a short and longer horizon.

Advise of potential and execution of pricing & value optimization strategies.Management of the portfolio and innovation through the monthly supply and demand cycles (Integrated Business Management)Do you have what it takes?

As the preferred candidate you will be degree qualified with sound experience in the consumer goods industry including working in Marketing.

Your demonstrated understanding of consumer and customer behavior, understanding of managing a P&L, and strong brand management foundations will assit in the delivery of this role.
