About the role

Reporting to the Head of People Services, this key role will ensure employee data is accurate and consistently maintained and that all processes are followed ensuring reliability of data in accordance with our Data Excellence guidelines ultimately delivering a great service to our team.

Specifically, your key responsible will include

Ensuring all processes are being executed as expected within time and with the right outcomes

Reviewing and implementing systems changes necessary to improve data quality

Undertaking data integrity audits and analysis

Validating, cleansing and updating accurate employee records within PayGlobal and supporting business processes to ensure high data quality

Generating reports, queries and summaries of data for analysis and decision making

Supporting strategic technology initiatives across functional / technical specifications and testing

Rationalisation and centralisation of reporting infrastructure and systems integration activities

Collaboration and stakeholder engagement across cross functional teams including senior leadership

About you

This is a pivotal role, requiring a strong blend of systems and HR (payroll) capability. Your prior experience will likely reflect

HCM experience and a solid understanding of data models, management and tools

Ability to create effective visualization of data driven insights (dashboarding, pivot tables)

Ability to understand the end-to-end business and cause and effect

Strong experience with data quality and systems within HR & Payroll

Confident and clear written and verbal communication skills

Exposure to AGILE ways of working and Shared services operating environments

The ability to build and maintain effective relationships
