Retail Risk and Compliance / Retail BusinessImplementation and improvement of risk and compliance frameworksProvide great customer outcomes and do the right thing by the customerAbout the role : As a Senior Compliance Manager, you will assist in leading the development, implementation and improvement of risk and compliance frameworks, standards and processes to enable the Retail division to comply with relevant laws, regulations and industry codes.
The role will support compliance across all the Retail business units including the relevant distribution channels and Retail Product.
This support includes providing effective compliance advice through the successful translation of regulation and compliance to the relevant Retail teams, whilst ensuring we deliver the best outcomes for stakeholders and customers.
About you : Your experience in the development, implementation, review and monitoring of compliance obligations and policies will be invaluable to this role.
You will have the confidence to independently challenge and constructively work together with your stakeholders and the wider risk and compliance focused teams.
Your attention to detail, analytical capability, focus on great customer outcomes and collaborative approach will be instrumental to your success in this role.
