Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join our award-winning Real Estate Management team in our Auckland CBD office.

We are looking for a proactive and positive team player to provide support to two National Directors and a diverse team, including experts in marketing, finance, leasing, retail and commercial property.


  • Diary and email management
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes and ensure follow up actions
  • Draft and prepare documents, presentations, submissions and team communications
  • Plan and coordinate events
  • Assist with process improvements
  • Maintain compliant document controls
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Strong Microsfot Office proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong client focus
  • Proactive and takes personal responsibility
