We are seeking passionate people to be a part of our Outage Manager team to help provide outstanding service for our clients and customers.
In this role you will be responsible on a daily basis for ensuring client KPI's are met, customer's are looked after and being the point of contact between our clients and contractors, as well as multiple retailers.
We are after a reliable, self-motivated oriented agent with a customer service background. Adaptable to a wide range of systems and processes, and to a wide variety of customer inquiries.

What does the role involve?
The shift block are DAY - 6 : 30am 6 : 30pm NIGHT - 6 : 30pm to 6 : 30am.
