    The opportunity Ng whakaritenga o te mahiAdult community and Long term Condition is looking for an experienced person to join our busy team and provide support to overall service work plan.

    This role primarily provides operational support to Operations Manager within Community Services in the Community & Long Term Conditions Directorate, which include supporting the overall service work plan, coordinating the purchasing of clinical and non-clinical supplies, facilities and asset management (e.

    g. vehicles, mobile phones and technology) and managing financial recording to track the expenditures. You will be responsible for managing the finance reporting dashboard, data entry, filing, and other varied range of tasks.

  • Enjoy providing exceptional service to internal and external customers
  • Love a fast paced environment and be organised to deliver outputs
  • Be able to demonstrate advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills and have an aptitude for learning new skills in computer lead programmes.
  • Have an eye for detail and the ability to accurately follow processes and procedures
  • Have a flair for problem-solving and finding ways to improve
  • Be able to focus on our clients and our service meeting their needsDemonstrated previous experience in a busy customer service / administration environment is essential.
  • Previous experience working in a health care setting and a multi-disciplinary team would be an advantage.Based at Greenlane Clinical Centre, this is a full-time, permanent position working on a Monday to Sunday roster.
