Helpdesk Analyst Mount Wellington A bit about us Come and grow your world with T G We are fresh food lovers who constantly strive to grow our world by maintaining yearround freshness and provide a healthier lifestyle for everyone we share the planet with As one of New Zealands largest vertically integrated growing packing shipping and marketing companies we have the people structure and brands to further support the global communities which we operate and provide a return for all stakeholders About the position Reporting through to the Helpdesk Field Service Manager the role is predominately telephone based and will be supporting our various business units nationwide This will involve solving basic technical problems and provide IT support for assigned areas of the business Therefore the successful candidate will require a working knowledge of Microsoft technologies Cloud Apps help desk software databases and remote control support tools This is an exciting role for someone that has previous help desk experience and is wanting to further their skills in the IT area What we are looking for The role is challenging yet rewarding and requires a top performer with the following skills and abilities Proven experience in providing help desk support Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels Strong customer services skills Be solutions focused Advanced trouble shooting skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good follow up practices Ability to multitask Great telephone manner A degree in Information Technology Computer Science or equivalent Relevant industry qualifications A Networks Cisco Microsoft Mobile phone support experience Android iOS Our mindsets are Grounded Resilient Open Winning We are looking for someone who can embody these mindsets someone who is passionate about taking ownership of their role and wanting to make a difference at T G
