Work with a giant of technology :
We’re looking for digitally savvy and enthusiastic individuals to join our Service Desk team on a contract basis providing ICT troubleshooting support to Fujitsu Clients.
As a Service Desk Analyst you will provide exceptional customer service and respond to phone, e-mail and on-line inquiries promptly, courteously and efficiently.
You will also maintain records and log these reported incidents using an IT Service Management tool and structured methodologies.
Our ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and the ability to work to deadlines and changing priorities in a busy IT services environment.
These contract opportunities are for a period of six months with potential for ongoing employment.
