We are seeking talented individuals that are passionate about building & maintaining trust with prospective & existing customers.

As a mid-market Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business transformations, shaping long-term visions & supporting strategic initiatives with Company Owners, Managing Directors, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs and beyond.

You will be the primary advisor at Salesforce for these leaders, connecting their people into your cross-functional team and the Salesforce ecosystem of services & solutions.

Our most successful people co-create visions of future-state success with our customers, partnering with key executives over years to deliver that success together.

This role requires an in-depth understanding of the digital landscape, emerging trends within industries, and a strong focus on driving customer experience.

This role also requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to adapt, negotiate & drive results that provide mutually beneficial outcomes.

As part of the role you will be responsible for territory & account planning, driving omni-channel outreach campaigns, growing quality pipeline & advancing sales opportunities start to finish.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with business transformation, customer experience, CxO advisory & technology sales experience
  • Experience engaging across executive to functional customer roles (Economic, Operational, and Technical buyers)
  • Solid track record selling into the New Zealand market
  • Ability to navigate complex solutions & lead a cross-functional team
  • Proven success in outbound business development
  • Consistent over-achiever of KPIs & sales quotas
