We are currently looking for a self-motivated Shop Assistant to join our friendly team at our retail store in Tauranga! You are not only passionate for technology products but you will also be driven to deliver excellent customer service to our customers!Sales & Cashier - Ensure retail sales targets are met through consistent, quality customer service, by imparting product knowledge to customers and assisting them in making purchase decisions and payment.
Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times in line with company standards. Shop Maintenance and Team Contribution Contribute to the Branch as an effective team member, help other team members as required including stock / warehousing and shop maintenance.
Great customer service and communication skills.Work experience in customer service field is a plus. 1 year above retails experience in relevant industry Knowledge on IT products.
Well handle stress and multi-tasking. Holding valid NZ work permit or NZ PR or citizen. Willing to work during weekends and Public Holiday.
