The Opportunity

Aon’s Fielding branch, currently has an opportunity for a proven relationship builder to support and grow an established client base.

The Branch supports a mixture of commercial, domestic and rural clients.

In this position you will work with a book of existing clients. A part of your role will focus on building relationships and driving new business.

You will have a broker support who will provide support to you on a daily basis from an administration perspective.

Day-to-day you might work on :

Client visits and relationship building

Managing annual client renewals

Liaising with Insurers and Underwriters

About You

Ideally, you would come from an Insurance Broking background, FSP registered and holds the ANZIFF level 5 qualification.

We will be looking for :

Proven background building client relationships

Autonomy and confidence managing your own portfolio

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience growing new business would be advantageous

You will need to be a confident and resilient person who genuinely believes in the Aon brand and the benefits it can offer.
