The TS Systems Integration Specialist is to provide design, configuration and escalated problem management in client environments of medium complexity.
They define system architectures for business opportunities during the project take on phase. They design and develop integration plans and create links for multi-platform, multi-vendor business solutions.
These individuals identify and develop technology related opportunities and integrate IT resources to fulfil project requirements.
They are able to compile technical specifications in a clear, concise, unambiguous manner to explain the advantages and disadvantages of options leading to the final solution and are able to create alternative solutions as backup planning.
The TS Systems Integration Specialist establishes a track record of exceptional performance with regards to a combination of technical, service and / or business ability.
These employees work towards expert level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge.

Responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex technology solutions and integrating architecture.
Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems.
Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.

Purpose of the role : This is a client facing Modern Workplace Technical Lead position in the managed services Workplace team delivering to multiple clients.
The person in this position would work with clients on operational delivery and projects while providing technical guidance, optimisation, and thought leadership of mainly Microsoft Workplace based solutions.
Responsibilities : Working closely with various clients and NTT teams to support and implement Workplace related solutions.
Providing technical leadership to the Workplace operational team.Working with clients to optimise technical delivery.Occasionally working with the NTT sales teams to provide pre-sales assistance.
This is a technical client facing position based in New Zealand only New Zealand based applicants need apply. Qualifications / Experience : Demonstrated experience (8+ years) with troubleshooting and implementing Microsoft Desktop and Cloud solutions.
Demonstrated experience (5+ years) working with clients to understand their requirements and resolving issues.Demonstrated ability to gain the utmost level of trust and confidence from clients.
Motivated self-starter able to contribute both as an individual performer and team member. Skills : We are looking for quality candidates for this role, and although the following skills are preferred, they are not mandatory.
