About the Role
We are looking for a proficient Data Specialist to join our team. An integral part of this role is to ensure supporter information is properly stored to allow for effective delivery, reporting and insights for the fundraising programme.
This will be done by ensuring the accurate, timely and seamless flow of data between databases. As well as performing regular front-end business tasks, you will also be reviewing current processes for potential improvements and time savings .
You will also work with other teams to assist and provide solutions for their data requirements.
Ensure the efficient transfer and storage of data between our engagement systems
Ensure a high quality of data integrity is maintained
Ensure the timely delivery and completion of all new supporter data related tasks for the Salesforce CRM in order to support marketing activity schedules and reporting needs
Complete regular database processes, such as debiting of supporters, outcome processing for our Telefundraising programmes, standard system flow checks and backup checks
Complete segmentation and list creation for fundraising programmes according to the requested criteria
Maintain specialist knowledge of the Universe CRM and play a role in its ongoing development
Ensure Salesforce and Supporter 360 configuration and processes are maintained and updated to meet fundraising and engagement objectives
Work with teams that use Salesforce to provide training and suggest solutions to new requirements and processes
Continually assess existing tasks and processes to see where improvements or automation can be added
You will be a very detail oriented person who can work autonomously but also enjoys working collaboratively on larger tasks or projects.
You will :
Identify with Greenpeace goals and be supportive of Greenpeace values
Have experience in configuration and use of Salesforce
Have high attention to detail
Have working knowledge of SQL
Have database management experience
Be deadline driven
Have experience in synchronising data between multiple platforms
Have excellent written communication
Be a proactive, solutions focused thinker
