What would you be doing?

This role is all about providing bespoke value creation and commercial due diligence support to our clients. As part of a growing team, you will have a distinct opportunity to work with market-leading corporates, private businesses, public-sector organisations and government agencies to help solve important problems.

As a result of business growth, we are currently looking for analysts to support our wider team, while also helping us to realise further opportunities.

Your key duties and responsibilities may include :

Perform desktop industry and market research utilising online tools, proprietary databases and publicly available information

Co-develop methodology for primary research

Prepare, and take part in, interviews with subject matter experts

Prepare client deliverables including excel databook analysis, reports, presentations and discussion packs

Contribute to business development - help with proposals and contribute in pitches

What do you need to bring to the role?

Experience within broader M&A, looking for a new challenge focusing on deals strategy, market due diligence, industry and competitors analysis

A background in Corporate Finance or Transaction Services with a desire to channel these skills into something different

An analytical and intuitive mind-set to any task put in front of you

Strong written and numerical ability and will be proficient in excel and other data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI)

Exceptional interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and will thrive in a team environment

A relevant tertiary qualification in Business / Finance / Accounting / Commerce.
