About the role :
We have an opening for a Senior Manager to join our Technology Office - they partner with teams and dive into portfolios throughout ASB Tech & Ops to keep an eagle eye over what's happening and produce reports across governance, risk, compliance, and milestones to help keep our board, exec team and regulators in the know.
So as a Senior Manager, you'll report to our CTO, lead a small team to make this happen and help deliver reporting and governance initiatives.
You'll be all about risk, as you'll lead the Risk Governance process, oversee Enterprise-Wide Risk information, and partner with our Risk Committees to gain info and share knowledge.
Being so ingrained in this space, your risk advisory skills will be called upon to help make the right risk-based decisions across ASB Tech & Ops.
You'll also be all about reporting - after all, it's how we enable the right kind of conversations at our quarterly executive meetings, so you'll oversee the delivery of the monthly Tech Committee Report and Tech & Ops processes, including our Strategy Scorecard, evolve the development of reports, and automate them wherever possible.

Well clearly, you're someone who can juggle but you're also someone who can get their head around strategy, risk, governance and compliance at a high-level, and enable this to be communicated through quality and apt reporting.
As you'll interact across ASB Tech & Ops, you'll be an engaging communicator, build warm relationships, illuminate an ethical brand, and show a passion for driving people towards a shared vision for the future.
Your leadership style helps the team shine by growing their skills through coaching and mentoring, creating a happy culture, and building capability across the Technology Office.
