Uses office automated systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries.

May reconcile difficult accounts. May maintain a complete and systematic set of transactions in a specific phase of accounting.

Working at NTT Job Description Basic financial support The Financial Administrator, under the guidance of the Accountant, provides basic financial support and services that enable the processing of Dimension Data accounts.

These duties include : Reports the preparation and processing of month-end journal entries and all relevant financial reports Reconciliations assisting with balance sheet and bank reconciliation processing Orders capturing and generating purchase orders and manage the related invoicing and collections Expense monitoring monitor and analyse expenses of the team and intercompany loans, fixed deposits and journals Administer accounts receivable The Financial Administrator assists with the administration of the accounts receivable function, including credit vetting, opening of new accounts, collecting cash and resolving queries.

Administer accounts payable The Financial Administrator builds good relationships with the accounts payable teams and deals with vendors ensuring that all external and intercompany debtors pay in accordance with their payment agreements.

They bank and allocate cash in the financial system and assist with the reconciliation of client remittances. These individuals ensure that client master data is maintained in the system and assist with monitoring of optimum account ageing against actual ageing of debtors.

Relationship management The Financial Administrator displays client service orientation and deals with vendor account related queries, ensuring that progress and solutions are communicated accordingly.

Behavioural skills The Financial Administrator is a proactive individual who has good interpersonal and effective communication skills.

They are excellent listeners and display good client engagement and negotiation skills. These individuals are able to cope well in conflict situations.

They display the required accuracy and attention to detail and have good planning and organising ability. Required Work Experience : 2 4 years’ working experience, At least 2 years’ working experience in a related environment What will make you a good fit for the role?
