    We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our Wellington based team.

    In this role you will provide efficient and proactive administrative services and functions that contribute to the smooth running of the team.

    Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Experience working with event management and / or scheduling training
  • Experience in Excel and schedule management
  • Demonstrated organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain a professional and calm approach under pressure
  • Ability to ensure that workflows are well managed in a smooth and efficient manner
  • Initiative to know where appropriate support may be required and best provided
