    Your primary responsibility is to support our high performing Operations team by implementing and driving efficient systems and processes, ensuring the teams are equipped and motivated to excel at achieving the best possible outcomes for our business and customers.

    Having a constant lens of Continuous Improvement (CI) combined with the ability to make data driven decisions, you will effectively design, develop, test, implement and support necessary enhancements of applications that are in line with our internal business process and strategies.

    Other key duties & responsibilities :

  • Partner with the Operations teams and leaders in order to identify process improvement and efficiency enhancements opportunities
  • Drive and deliver CI initiatives in systems, applications and processes via proficient use of data insights
  • Build effective relationships with your stakeholders
  • Provide support to other team members to assist in the achievement of team goals
  • Work in a dynamic environment and contribute to enhancing ASB's positive risk culture
  • Key to your success will be :

  • Delivery and organisational change management skills; including planning, management and monitoring of delivery
  • Proven experience in system / change implementation
  • Sound understanding of the financial services industry and Business Process Analysis / Systems
  • Ability to understand complex business situations and turn them into clear and concise action plans
  • Growth mind-set and being comfortable with ongoing change and transformation
  • Forward thinking with an eye for innovation, being able to challenge the status quo with a genuine desire to test new ways of working
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a continuous improvement customer-centric culture
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related business discipline preferred
