About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and working in partnership with the Enterprise Human Potential team and senior leaders, the Communications Coordinator will play a critical role in managing the internal communications, organisation wide, external communications and the Connetics brand, project coordination and Group strategy communications.
As the champion of all these communications, the Communications Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting all Connetics staff with meaningful communications tools and channels to enable the effective flow of information.
In doing this, the Communications Coordinator will be responsible for :
The level of engagement and involvement in these activities will be led by the willingness of the individual to learn about the wider communications strategy and their ability to take initiative and identify other areas of value add. Keen?
To be successful as the Communications Coordinator, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Communications or a business-related degree coupled with existing experience in communicating change through multiple mediums, including, ideally, social media.
Comfortable working autonomously, you will have an ability to digest the strategic objectives of senior leaders and efficiently identify the messaging required to communicate this effectively.
You will be a self-starter; eager to learn and engage with the wider organisation to understand its objectives and how to best communicate this throughout its messaging.
Coupled with this, you will be prepared to engage in tasks that may sit outside your job description and support the wider organisation by building strong relationships across all enterprise teams.
With a strong focus on the customer experience, you will foster the Connetics way of working principles in all your communications both internally and externally and in doing this will continually embed a future focus and continuous improvement orientation.
