About the Role

As Product Manager you’ll be responsible for managing a large product or portfolio of products to maximise their value and growth.

This role involves managing the development, market share and profitability of strategically important products or brands for our ITOM offerings

What you’ll do

As Product Manager you will :

  • Develop and drive the business case for changes to the product offering or its delivery to market to maximise product growth
  • Develop and / or contribute significantly to the overall marketing strategy of Datacom’s ITOM product or product line
  • Manage product budgets and continually monitoring actual product performance
  • Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Be responsible for the success of new product(s) initiatives
  • Direct and implement modifications to the product(s) to maximise product revenue and growth
  • Lead the development of strategic product roadmaps, budgets and learning collateral that are consistent with corporate objectives.
  • Use well developed industry knowledge to strategically direct product development
  • Work with internal stakeholders in sales, marketing and finance to direct and improve product delivery
  • Assist in the development of complex pricing and discount policies
  • Providing Product training to sales force
  • Oversee Product design and enhancement activities.
  • What you’ll bring

    You’ll have extensive commercial product management experience, with broad exposure to IT operations, project management and Agile ways of working.

    You’ll bring financial management and sound industry knowledge to forecast future challenges for products. You’ll also understand how to analyse and interpret market research data.

    You will possess strong professional marketing skills and exceptional stakeholder management.
