As a Senior People Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering solutions and providing expert advice that gives the best possible service and experience for our customers.
There will be no dull moment in this role as you can be working on key initiatives, enhancements or providing support when issues are escalated across a wide spectrum of stakeholders.
You will partner closely with the People Technology Manager and HR leaders to ensure HR platforms are meeting current needs and aligned to future strategic business initiatives.
This role will focus on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery but has the opportunity to diversify into other HR platforms.
Ō Pūkenga About You
You will possess 3+ years' experience supporting an HR System as a ServiceNow System Admin with focus on HRSD (experience with SAP HR & Payroll, Success Factors, SnapHire desirable).
You are driven to give our customers / employees the best experience possible, with proven experience to collaborate across teams to achieve a goal.
Utilising an agile approach to delivery and collaborating with various teams (Information Technology team, external vendors), you will analyse business requests, design and recommend solutions and deliver them.
You are mindful of the impact of change to the end users and have developed adoption approaches through training, documentation or communication strategies.
