Are you an experienced administrator with an interest in learning and development?Our People and Professional Development team are looking for a Programme Coordinator to join our team on for a fixed term contract.
This is a full time Monday to Friday, 7 months fixed term based at Middlemore Hospital.This is a busy role where you will be responsible for providing high quality coordination and administrative support to the People and Professional Development team.
You will be the main contact between learners and Programme Facilitators; ensuring that rooms are booked, caterers are organised, learners are confirmed for the correct sessions and all the necessary administration is completed.
You will be an expert at future planning and be able to cope with the variety and challenges you may face. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to develop their co-ordination skills and their communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
To be successful in this role you will also need to have strong Microsoft skills, particularly focusing on Excel, PowerPoint and Word alongside time management skills.
