You Will Be Responsible For
Leading strategy development and success criteria for our largest account, Toyota. Responsible for the Lexus brand
Drive creativity, media, digital innovation and a luxury social engagement program
Leading the agency team to ensure efficient running of accounts and is able to inspire people at all levels to achieve peak performance;
Works well with all other departments. Knows when to push, and when to pull back;
Strategically manages the agency-client relationship;
Full management of financials budget control and forecasting;
Aims to develop agency revenue. Seeks out opportunities to develop revenue through additional responsibilities / projects;
Manages the workflow, operational and quality processes within the team and across other agency departments including : Ensuring a high level of creative outputInitiating the integrated involvement of the agency to deliver solutionsDrives measurement and evaluation of all activities.

8+ years agency experience in account management with a passion for luxury brands
A creative champion who is able to judge when creative is on strategy or not, and is able to work with the creatives to strengthen ideas
People management, team building, leadership
Strong project management, negotiation and presentation skills
Strategic thinking and problem solving ability
A degree in marketing, communications or business is preferable
