Operator / Labourer

We are on the hunt for Operator Labourers (8 vacancies) to work as part of our Surfacing Team in Christchurch.

We're looking for a candidate who has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and wants to put a hard days work in. HEB is committed to training and developing its people so if you are wanting to build your career, this may be the opportunity you're waiting for.

This is a permanent full time role, working from Monday to Friday and Saturdays from time to time as required for the project.

Your main responsibilities will include :

Work as a team to complete the requirements of the project

Operate machinery on site

Perform labouring duties as required

Be proactive keeping yourself and your work mates safe

Supporting Traffic Management Operations when needed

What knowledge / experience / qualifications are we after?

Full class 1 licence

Experience in chipsealing and surfacing

Good understanding of the construction industry

Reasonable level of fitness
