In these roles you will support infrastructure services across multiple technology streams including, Hardware, Operating Systems Windows 7 through to Windows 10, Software, Networks, Server and Print devices.
Our client has a predominantly Microsoft base, and we are therefore looking for people with a background supporting Windows environments and Microsoft applications.
With a focus on first touch resolution you will be someone who really knows their stuff and can take end to end ownership of issue resolution.
