About the Role

This role is for a Senior Technology Project Manager to manage the activities of functional workstreams within a technology programme to deliver the required customer and business outcomes.

Reporting into the overall Technology Programme Manager, the Senior Project Manager will be required to manage and co-ordinate the work of Functional Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), technical teams and 3rd party vendors and other workstreams to the agreed time-frames.

The Senior Project Manager will also contribute to the overall leadership of the programme as a member of the programme leadership group.

  • Strong business functional knowledge in a manufacturing or supply chain organisation
  • Highly accountable in the delivery of consulting services.

  • Responsibilities

  • Scoping and planning projects
  • Managing project teams to deliver solutions to meet customer’s needs
  • Managing stakeholder expectations, risks & issues for the life of the project / programme of work
  • Fulfilling project governance and reporting requirements
  • Invoicing and related billing activities
  • Coaching and providing guidance to other members of the project management team
